I am a software engineer and the founder of Binário, focused on designing and building scalable systems that solve real-world problems.
Over the past years, I have developed and implemented scalable digital platforms for various sectors. I helped organizations digitize operations, improve decision-making, and expand their services through customized and reliable software solutions.
I have delivered enterprise web and mobile applications, custom business platforms, and multi-country digital systems used by organizations across several regions, including large-scale eLearning and academic management solutions. In parallel, I lead developer training programs, having trained over 200 students, with 70% successfully transitioning into professional roles.

Academic Management Platform
Institutions managing academic and financial operations entirely through manual, paper-based processes — slow, error-prone, and hard to audit.
Developed an integrated platform covering pedagogy, finance, and HR in a single system with role-based access and real-time reporting.
Reduced administrative workload significantly and gave leadership full visibility into operations through structured data and dashboards.
Course Application & eLearning Platform
Applications for a course program were handled entirely through Microsoft Forms, with candidate data dumped into Excel spreadsheets — no structured process, no visibility, and no centralised place for interviews or selections.
Built an integrated platform with a public application portal for candidates, a program management interface for handling interviews and selections, and a full learning platform for accepted students to access content, exercises, and assessments.
Eliminated manual data handling entirely. Program managers gained end-to-end control over the recruitment and learning pipeline in a single system, reducing administrative overhead and improving the student experience from application to completion.
Pharmacy Locator Platform
Patients had no reliable way to find nearby pharmacies stocking a specific medication, leading to wasted trips and delays in accessing essential medicines. Pharmacies lacked tooling to manage their inventory or understand demand patterns.
Developed an integrated system consisting of a mobile app for users — allowing them to search for a medication and see a list of nearby pharmacies that have it in stock, with directions — and a pharmacy dashboard for registering medications, recording sales, and viewing insights on the most sought-after products.
Connected patients directly to available medication in their area, reducing search time and improving access to essential medicines. Pharmacies gained actionable inventory and demand data through a purpose-built management dashboard.
